This is a painting of a package floating over a hole in the ground, in the desert.

I created this small painting to represent hopes and fears, when people have a physical package unexpectedly arrive at their home, people tend to be excited and expect good things. Ironically humans tend to fear the future and what’s in store for them.. the unknown bothers people. I’m bouncing off the idea that the unknown future is a package in the form of time and experiences that was specially sent for the individual, but they didn’t order it and don’t know if it’s a good idea to open it. Except this package opens no matter what you do.
