This painting is the shape of a woman reflecting the surroundings and floating in a landscape.

I chose to call this painting “Meek” because I often find myself meeting women without any passion or even hobbies, living their lives reflecting their surroundings doing what others expect of them… coasting by. I find it astounding that the majority’s only “goal” is to get married, nothing more. Something you can only really bring back to the nature vs nurture debate and gender role. As I grew older though I understand the importance of gender roles but it’s interesting when they take over from the other parts of life.
