This artwork is based off a photo I took in Bulgaria from my mums friends place. From here I wanted to add the bird and at the time, in 2018, I was working on learning how to fade objects into dust. This artwork was later recreated as an oil painting then sold. It’s a challenge I repeatedly return to.

After adventuring to Garie Beach and taken this landscape photo I wondered what it would look like with a cup in it, the cup used to be a button I created for my website, then I continued that thought to say I’m actually filling the cup with Biggie, and artwork I painted, then having him pour into the lake. In 2019 during my freelancing I came across a brand who wanted me to create prints like this for them so they could create fabric and become a tigerlily competitor. The job didn’t go anywhere past the first few designs and I’d already started working on this. It’s made from a photo of the beach. It definitely screams decor but I wanted to have it for sale and now you know the lore behind it.

My grandma is the most sentimental person in the world, she has a chair in her yard and it reminds her of the past, she asked me to take a photo of it so naturally I made it ‘the’ chair photo. I’m pretty proud of this photo of the chair, I’m not sure if she did anything with the photo, but I am and you can have it too.

Kanangra is a project to get to from Sydney! It’s about a four hour ride each way and I did it in a day. I’d learnt that there was a mountain cliff there that would be the money shot. When I arrived I either couldn’t find it or it was blocked off and this is the shot I ended up taking, still good, not the original plan. When I returned later on to find the spot again the fires had burnt through and there wasn’t anything to photograph anymore, there were also large sections of the mountain blocked off. Here’s how it looked when it was still thriving!

Who doesn’t want a perfect photo of their first motorbike? I went on an adventure to take photos and found a mini waterfall to shoot, then turned around and decided the artwork is actually my bike. The background was great and the composition fit. I just ended up changing things like the reflection in the ground and the depth of the greenery in the background.

This ended up being a long standing favourite digital artwork of mine. I had a friend back in 2018 that I went riding with and we went down through The Royal National Park, NSW. I saw a shot so I pulled over to take photo’s and he raced ahead then thought something happened to me. Later on we went to visit his parents who have alpacas and I used one of those photos with the road photo to make a flying aplaca on an adventure.

I’m pretty proud of this one! I guess it’s mostly photography as opposed to surreal artworks like all my other artworks but it’s a great shot on its own without needing manipulation. However if you’re a photographer you’d know you can’t just take this photo and have the lighting in the background work with the lighting inside the tunnel so I took two with different settings and merged them accordingly.

This was an earlier artwork from 2017, I took a photo of my cousin in ‘Old Town’ Plovdiv, Bulgaria, where a tree grows from the stone and decided that I wanted to manipulate my cousin so she’s disintegrating. It was a style I wanted to have a go at, later on I changed the way I use digital brushes and managed to master this tactic differently.

I went through a phase of understanding illusions, a short phase because it turns out there aren’t that many and it’s easy to figure out how to create them. I ended up in this rabbit hole after realising that people think my ‘Smudged Elephant’ artwork is a bird. So now we end up with this artwork, I created it from photos of the ocean and the mountains from the plane when travelling to Bulgaria.

This artwork was inspired by a photo I took then manipulated in photoshop as my digital art process. I recreated the image as a painting although with a surreal twist where the tree is side-ways. I call it "Life" because it represents life and the unpredictability of it. The original digital image was also used at my uncles funeral with inspired the new take. This is a painting I created while making 10 paintings in 10 consecutive weeks. This was the 6th week's painting and you can see the beginning shot on a story on my instagram. It was created as a reflection of how well received my Bull painting was and they're the same style and size. The bull was created after the Smudged Elephant painting was also well received with its unique smudged style painting. This painting is a take of a photo of a bear running through water.
