While colouring in the ‘Car Lessons’ page in the Paintings 2022 edition of my colouring in book series I decided to create a digital artwork where I showed a car unravelling like it does in the artwork that’s shown the colouring in book. 

The artwork didn’t go to plan after executing the car slinky so I changed the scene to include an ice cream statue with a ladder on it. After that I wanted to include more so it felt busy. Less staged.
