This is an artwork I created in 2017 based on my artwork ‘Elephant’ and then smudged it in Photoshop hoping to make a digital artwork, then rage quit and painted it instead because the styles don’t cross over. Great outcome though because it turns out everyone else see’s this as a bird. It took me a few years to see the bird and it becomes a great discussion topic showing people the elephant. Later on I then looked back at this artwork and went down a rabbit hole of illusions. It became a finalist for the Royal Art Society, Youth Prize in North Sydney.

This artwork is was originally acrylic then I painted it again with oil once I found water mixable oils. It isn’t one of my hand-stretched ones and sold with hooks ready to hang and a certificate of authenticity.
