This is an artwork I created during the 2019 fires. Australia was burning down and the politics was only starting to heat up (compared to the unrest in the following decade). Then you’d tune into news from other parts of the wold and they’d be frozen or flooding. I found it interesting that the topic was environmental and how politics can fix it but it’s just nature going through it’s larger seasons, and it just happens to be extreme ends for different parts of the world.

This artwork is oil based, isn’t one of my hand-stretched ones and sold with hooks ready to hang and a certificate of authenticity.
