Climb Oil Painting

I painted this artwork as a pear bitten out of, shining onto an infinite ladder with floating pears around. My intention is for the pears to express how things go ‘pear shaped’ so often when reaching for your goals, each expectation of how a journey will go pretty much always never turns out the way it was envisioned in the first place.

The painting was then followed up by a sequel, they’re sold together. The sequel is the ladder being dinged around by the pears and the climb continues.

This is one of my hand stretched artworks, ready to hang and all paintings come with a certificate of authentication!
